With two Master's degrees from Boston University and a passion for solving complex problems with large and diverse teams, Randy has lived and worked in seven international financial centers, managing multimillion dollar budgets to implement large-scale business transformations. These experiences provided him with the confidence and know-how to create our agency and the type of perspective that improves our client's businesses every day.

Aatish BallaWeb Developer
Aatish is nearing his final year at Bemidji State University. He is constantly striving to improve his IT and software development skills which is the main reason he is graduating with honors in Computer Science. Aatish main inspiration is Steve Jobs because they both like to blend art and science backgrounds together. When he isn’t working at Design Angler you can find Aatish water painting, cooking, or listening to Bob Dylan.
Ellissa ClevelandMarketing and Communications
Ellissa is going into her sophomore year at The University of Minnesota- Twin Cities, where she is studying strategic communications. At the U of M, she is a member of the Chi Omega sorority, the Public Relations Student Society of America, and Women in Business. Ellie’s goal is to step foot on all seven continents due to her love of traveling, so far she has explored Europe, Australia, and most of Northern America. Ellie graduated from Blackduck High School last spring. She is excited to be back up north and to work with all the incredible businesses in the community she grew up in.
Kenzie NordquistMarketing And Communications
Kenzie is a Mass Communication student at Bemidji State University. She will be graduating with her degree and two minors (Sport Management and Spanish) in Spring 2019. The Spanish courses allowed her to experience more cultures in this small Minnesota town, and Sport Management helped her learn the behind-the-scenes workings of sport. It will help her into a sports media career. In the winter months, she spends her free time watching hockey. In the off season, she tries to spend more time outside, reading, and being with family and friends.
Rikki Mays-ReakSocial Media & Analytics
Rikki Mays-Reak is a graduate of Bemidji State University where she studied Business Administration and Marketing. Her strengths are presentations, social media platforms, analytics, and drinking ridiculous amounts of coffee. Rikki has won a professional corn on the cob contest and has accidentally been to Canada twice. You could say her life is anything but ordinary but that's what keeps it fun and spontaneous!
